You can get a job with Vail Resorts and get a free ski pass for the season or get a part time job for the Vail Mountain and work one shift a week and get your free ski pass. If you are not working for Vail Resorts you option is Merchant Pass witch you gonna pay for with small withdrawals from your employer , this pass is also limited for some dates through the Winter Season.
